It’s time again for TMITuesdayBlog, the September 3, 2019 edition. What will I answer this week? You’ll have to read on to see. Read, comment, join in, or share your two cents on the week’s questions. (See below to get started.)
1. When you’re old, would you rather die before or after your significant other?
ANSWER: Die after my significant other. Even though I don’t have one, I’d much rather endure the pain of losing someone than have them have to endure the pain of losing me.
2. Would you rather live at the top of a tall apartment building, in your favorite city, or at the top of a mountain?
ANSWER: Live in my favorite city. It would be amazing to wake up every morning to find oneself surrounded by the sights, sounds, food, and people of one’s favorite city. Personally, I’d narrow it down to Chicago, Paris, or Madrid.
3. Would you rather have to sew all your clothes or grow your own food?
ANSWER: Sew my own clothes. I’d much rather go naked than go hungry.
4. Would you rather have your debt forgiven or have guaranteed good health for a decade?
ANSWER: Guaranteed 10 years of good health. What use is worrying about money if you are too ill, incapacitated, or in pain to enjoy the benefits of having your debt erased?
5. Would you rather take a bubble bath with your boss or fuck your neighbor?
ANSWER: Fuck my neighbor. Because…I like sex. Haha! Also, being that I’m self-employed, I can take a bath by myself anytime. However, my townhouse is in a complex with a lot of university students. I’m sure I could find a hot one to fit the bill.
BONUS: Would you rather have the details of your financial life or your love life be made public?
ANSWER: Details of my financial life. I’d hate to have to reveal either, really. But, my financial records wouldn’t be half as provocative and salacious as my sex life…which is saying a lot because I don’t have a RL partner (yet).
